I noticed last Friday that my portfolio summary page has changed. I think it is now what was previously the Beta version, and the legacy version is no longer available. Anyone else notice this?

I started Medicare this month. Will my Medicare premium be recalculated on the first of next year or on my Medicare anniversary next August? I did try searching and it looks like the deductible is reset on 1/1 but couldn't find anything about when premium is recalculated. Thanks.
