We have a Brother B&W laser and an HP color inkjet. We use the HP when color printing is needed, which isn't very often. Our Brother laser is ~10-yrs old and still chugging along.

We put in a ductless mini-split in our attached 4-season sun room 7-8 years ago. Don't recall what we paid but we didn't have to swallow hard, close our eyes and, reluctantly, write a check. The mini-split keeps the room warm in winter and cool in summer.

I use Quicken. Not perfect, but close. I update prices for equities frequently. Muni Bonds do not.

So, the receiver does not have its own remote? Does the remote have a selector position to operate either the TV or rcvr? Otherwise, I don't see any solution exxept to open the TV and physically disconnect it's speaker. Maybe someome else has a better idea.

I control our sound bar using the cable TV remote. Using the TV remote I just lowered the TV sound to 0.

Just finished Jerry Seinfeld's new movie Unfrosted (Netflix). The premise is the rivalry between Kellogg's and Post and the invention of the Pop Tart. We found it amusing in spots but that's about all.
