Before I retired I used a wireless mouse with a wireless touch pad. Mouse on the right, pad on the left. Yes, you can use them at the same time. Wireless keyboard too, I did not want all those wires on my desk.

Good deal on the foot. So 11 tons is what, maybe 8 cubic yards? Just wondering. We got 6 yards spread out last fall. Plus a couple "Scoops" of larger gravel for the driveway.

I just see an HOA as another level of govt I don't want or need. We don't have a city govt here, the county, state, feds, etc are more than enough. I'll concede there are not that many people here to need a city govt. I like it like that.

I was thinking back to appraising proposed construction. Mostly in high dollar areas, and those people were not bending nails. Turning some screws maybe, but not the literal real kind of screws. :LOL: It was interesting work. ;)

I'm pretty sure most people that build their own house do not get near this far into the details and weeds. I bet it will be great. In due course, of course.
