I voted "none" if I get a call that I don't recognize the number or area code, I let it go to voice mail. If it is important they will leave a message and I can always call back if I like.
I absolutely count those as spam calls, because I never answer them, and some are autoblocked, but they qualify as spam in my book, although I only get one every month or two, much less than I used to, so "none" is the closest answer. I also get the occasional spam text message but am not counting those since they are not calls, yet the closest answer in this poll would still be "none".I voted "none" as if I get a call that I don't recognize the number or area code, I let it go to voice mail. Well, I take that back. I actually got two of them and there were voice mails. Although my phone automatically blocked them as spam, they left voice mails and are from my health insurance provider Health Alliance trying to get me to sign up for some patient monitoring thing. On Friday, I got my first spam call on my smartphone in 2 1/3 months, but my phone autoblocked it as spam - it never rang. I received 2 spam texts over that time period as well. So, not that much - I can't complain.
Yeah, my phone didn't ring at all with these auto blocked calls. It's another YMMV.My phone also catches a lot of scam calls but the phone still rings.
