Congratulations Souschef. I retired the 2nd time in 2003. DW and I, in our 80s have enough loot to last until/if we make 100. House in Texas paid in full. It's hot, probably hit 99 degrees today!

We have family in Ventura and when we visit, I find the climate as close to perfect as anywhere I've ever been. And I like the proximity to LA and Sta. Barbara.

I've always enjoyed your posts. Here's to another 15 years of them !!
